Collection of tools and materials for the benefit of the devastated Caribbean

Port Vauban is joining hands with EcoMer & YachtAid Global and the SuperYacht Aid Coalition to help the 60m "Slipstream" Luxury Motor Yacht in its charitable mission to support the people of the Caribbean Islands devastated by the recent hurricanes.

As part of this special Caribbean operation, My "Slipstream" needs donation support for carpentry tools, construction, equipment and machinery of all kinds, EcoMer and YachtAid Global are therefore hereby launching a joint support appeal to supply them with all they need by early November.


How to help?

You can bring your tools and other building materials of all kinds to:

  • headquarters of ECOMER association,
  • Port Vauban port office


In case you would like to make a monetary donation to buy the supplements of this charitable donation, you can make a donation directly to the EcoMer and / or YachtAid Global sites:



The solidarity chain for the victims of hurricane Irma will take place on Saturday 25th November 2017 - 11 am - Capitainerie of Port Vauban - Antibes.



Ecomer organizes the transfer of the collections, which will be done to the sound of the bagpipes as for the operation of the "Yachts of the Heart". Then the donations will be led to Marseilles by truck to make the final transshipment on the Yacht "Slipstream" before its departure for the Caribbean to help rebuild them and provide them with material and logistical support.
